Join the team

Are you excited about canyoning and want to contribute back to the community? We’re looking for keen beans to join the Australian Canyoning Association (ACA) committee.

There is lots to do and many hands make light work. You don’t have to be an expert or a canyoning superhero… there is space for anyone willing to get involved.

Note the committee is not fixed. We can add and remove roles to suit the needs of the team and the community. If you want to be involved but don’t see a role that fits you then chat to us. We can make space for anyone willing to roll up their shirt and be part of a collaborative and supportive team of volunteers. We also very open to “job sharing” and building teams for those who want to help in a particular area.

So how do I get involved? Two ways:

• Nominate for a formal role at our next AGM (date to be advised) and/or

• Contact us via auscanyoningassoc@gmail.com and we’ll get you onboarded in a less formal capacity
